Run by the three partners, Best Deal conceptualizes real estate services by providing all ancillary services in this sector under one roof: a one stop shop for buyers and sellers wishing to buy, sell, lease or rent land or property and also provides consultancy services for complete design of ‘Building, Interior and exterior'.

Best Deal Real Estate Agency Pvt. Ltd. is promoted by its three boards of directors coming from the different business backgrounds, with a highly motivated staff that is eager to make a difference in the real estate brokerage system by catering professional and hassle free services to the clients.
Rationale for Best Deal
The real estate market in Nepal can presently be referred to as an informal sector. The brokerage system is operating in an unprofessional manner. Buying and selling of the property is primarily catered through local brokers (who have area wise information on property) or through friends or relatives. Communication system is therefore limited to word-of-mouth or to classified advertisements in newspapers. In addition, there is the ever-prevailing conflict of interest between buyers and sellers, where the buyer looks for the lowest of price while the seller strives for a higher price of the property. The broker therefore gets an unfair advantage of the situation and gets away with an unreasonably high amount of commission in the process of closing the deal between the two parties, thus causing the buyer to pay higher than the actual cost price of the property.

In this scenario, property sellers face the need for a proactive service that provides them with an opportunity to place their property for sale in the open market, thus making their property distinctly visible to all sorts of potential buyers, to get the best value of their property. Also, likes to reduce the risk of being cheated and ease the heavy losses in the form of broker commission.

Property buyers, on the other hand, feel the need for readily available information of vacant property without having to make exhausting searches in advertisement or for brokers. In terms of cost, they do not want to pay more to the broker than the actual cost of the property.

Unorganized urbanization has always been a problem with people who want to build houses; moreover, building a new house has always been a hectic job for the busy working people, hence the need for someone professional to take over arises.

Where any property is transacted between buyers and sellers through Best Deal, the company will take reasonable service charge on the negotiated property value. In case of property evaluation, the company will charge fee based on the size and scope of the property/task.
